Today we head to Wincanton with our biggest day of runners so far.
The first of three is Seelotmorebusiness in the 4.17pm who instantly turned into a yard favourite when winning as our first runner at Huntingdon on Boxing Day in good style. He has since had a good break and now returns in, what I believe, very good form. I have been happy with his work at home and I am hoping for a good run. It is obviously a much tougher ask for him now up 11 pounds in the handicap but hopefully he’ll give a bold show.
Beyond Redemption won really well here in January over course and distance and as long as the ground is ok for him I expect another big run in the Handicap Chase at 4.50pm. Again, like Seelotmorebusiness life will be tougher for him up so much in the weights but he’s in grand form and I think he can go very close.
Hard Frost is my final runner on the day in the Handicap Hurdle at 5.20pm. I was delighted with his effort at Fontwell last time out, where it seemed he enjoyed the better ground. This looks an open race and off a very low weight I’d like to think he’ll run nicely. He is very fresh and well so hopefully he’ll give Tristan Durrell a good ride.
