Today we head to Stratford to run Mystic Man in the Handicap Chase at 1.30pm, where I’m delighted that the ground has gone quick which will really suit him.
His comeback run the other day over an inadequate trip was actually fine for a long way. The ground got quite soft on the day which wouldn’t have suited him but he will have had a good blow out which won’t have done him any harm.
He’s trained well since that run. Back on his beloved quick ground today I think will suit well and if Ben gives him an attacking ride which I’m sure he will I think he can run a really big race.
