Today we once again head to Newbury where I am looking forward to running Dargiannini, who since falling at Doncaster over fences in December I have been aiming at this race.
He was incredibly impressive at Uttoxeter last time travelling strongly through the race, before accelerating well from two out to the line. I am hopeful that has given him loads of confidence and he can go very close again.
His training is always very eye catching and he looks in great shape so I think he is set for another bold bid.
I think that Newbury over two and a half miles will really suit him and although he has to carry plenty of weight I am optimistic he can shoulder it.
