Kelso, Sunday 10th March

Today we head to Kelso with two runners, Glorious Lion and Fourofakind who both travelled well yesterday.

First up is Glorious Lion in the Juvenile Maiden Hurdle at 1.30pm who looks to have a leading chance in this race. He ran very well at Newbury last Friday and a repeat of that form will see him go very close here.

Secondly is Fourofakind in the Handicap Hurdle at 4.30pm. He went up 5lb for winning quite an uncompetitive race at Hereford last time out, but better ground will suit him. I think that this is quite a competive race for its grade but he’s in really really good form and I’d like to think he can run a good race. It wouldn’t surprise me if there were a couple that were a bit more progressive than him but as I say he’s in good form, the trip will suit, he stays well and I think he’s got a big chance of running a very competitive race.
