Chepstow, Wednesday 24th January

Today we head to Chepstow to run Glorious Lion in the Novices’ Hurdle at 2.35pm, who Ed Bailey and I bought in Newmarket in October. He’s a nice looking horse, he was quite keen when he arrived and we’ve worked hard to settle him. From day one he’s absolutely loved his jumping so I hope that he jumps nicely today. There’s a couple in here that are going to be hard to beat but a nice encouraging run I’d be absolutely delighted with and I think he can be a nice juvenile for the rest of this season as long as he runs with some promise today.
