Today we head to Carlisle to run Slugger in the Handicap Hurdle at 3.58pm, who is a new horse to us.
I’ve been really pleased with his preparation for this race and the ground today will suit him. He has been a little bit keen in the past but if he settles nicely he’ll give himself a good chance of running very well. I’ve been pleased with his work and he’s fit enough to do himself justice.
