Today we head to Ascot to run Copshill Lad in the Novices’ Handicap Hurdle at 3.50pm.
He won nicely on debut for us at Stratford last time out. The step up in trip and more galloping track today will definitely suit him. He’s in good form for this race and I wouldn’t be concerned about the rain that we have. This looks a competitive field for its grade but I’m sure he’s in really good nick and I’d like to think he can run really well and be right there at the end.
