At Christmas it wasn't looking so rosy, but we had a really good spring in the end. I was pleased with the season – it didn't come without its challenges.
I set out at the start of this season to train 60 winners; we didn't quite do that, but I think considering December and January were quiet, I think we salvaged it pretty well... numbers were good in the end and I feel like we finished the season on a big winner, which was very satisfying"
